These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of myagentisverified.com ("MAIV", the "Site"), a public directory of independently verified insurance professionals operated by G.O.A.T. Leads. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Representations

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in your use of the Site, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

2. What This Site Provides

MAIV publishes verification records and public profiles for licensed insurance professionals. Verification reflects license files and profile information provided by the agent or drawn from public records at the time of the last profile update. MAIV is not an insurance carrier or agency. The material on this Site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions — nothing on this Site constitutes insurance advice, a quote, or a binding offer of coverage. Coverage is always subject to underwriting, carrier approval, and the terms of the applicable policy.

3. Agent Profiles

Each profile belongs to the agent it describes. The agent is responsible for the accuracy of their profile content and for their own communications with you after you submit a quote or contact request. Individual agents may publish their own Terms and Privacy Policy on their profile, which govern your relationship with that agent.

4. Prohibited Uses

In addition to the representations above, you agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information in any form submission
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect profile or contact information
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person through your use of the Site
  • Interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Site
  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to refuse or restrict access to the Site to anyone for any lawful reason at any time.

5. Site Content and Intellectual Property

The Site's design, branding, and verification marks are the property of G.O.A.T. Leads. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission. Agent profile content remains the property of the respective agent.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to agent websites and other third-party sites that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party sites and have no liability for any third-party materials, websites, products, or services.

7. Submissions

Information you submit through a quote or contact form is delivered to the agent you chose and handled as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us other comments, suggestions, or feedback, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation and are under no obligation to keep them confidential.

8. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We may also modify or discontinue the Site (or any part of it) at any time without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any verification record is free of errors or omissions.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless G.O.A.T. Leads and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us governing your use of the Site.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
